The thirteen-day siege of the Alamo ended before dawn on 6 March 1836, when Santa Anna's columns stormed the walls of the old Spanish mission and its roughly two hundred defenders were overwhelmed. This collection gathers the figures of that fight in matching 1/30 scale — about 60mm — from W. Britain and King & Country.

On the Texian side are the men who held the walls: David Crockett and his Tennessee long-rifles, the knife-fighter James Bowie, Colonel William B. Travis of the "Victory or Death" letter, and the grey-clad volunteers of the New Orleans Greys. On the Mexican side stands Santa Anna's army — line infantry loading and firing, the laddermen and assault troops, drummers, a sapper, the fallen, and the general himself both mounted and on foot. Scenic pieces like The New Alamo Facade turn a shelf of figures into a full diorama of the siege and the storming.
