Breagans was founded by a lifelong collector. Daniel began collecting toy soldiers in 1984 — more than forty years of buying, studying, restoring, and trading the figures that make up the catalog you are browsing now. Breagans the shop opened on August 1, 2022, as a way to share that experience with other collectors.

Every product in the store has been chosen by someone who actually collects. That means we carry the manufacturers whose work has held up on a shelf for decades (W. Britain, King & Country, Tradition of London, Thomas Gunn Miniatures, Regal Enterprises), and we pass on the ones that don't. It means the consignment section exists because collectors occasionally ask us to help find a good home for a piece. It means we know the difference between a 1/30 and a 54mm figure when you email us.
