This is Don Troiani wall art print 4th Continental Light Dragoons.
"New watercolor and gouache with a little pen and ink on artist board. The 4th Light Dragoons (Continental) 1777. Originally this very well equipped unit was issued captured British coats of the 8th and 21st Regiments. As you can imagine this caused some consternation as they rode though various Patriot areas and also near the front. Washington ordered them to dye the coats another color and for the time being to wear hunting shirts over their them.
