Confederate Infantry Officer Marching
This is toy soldier 31448 - Confederate Infantry Officer Marching
At the beginning of the Civil War, the Confederate Army had to develop officer ranks and rank insignia. However, each state that formed the Confederacy had their own traditions and insignia, causing confusion and discord within the army. This unique product, the Confederate Infantry Officer Marching, accurately depicts the combination of rank indicators worn by officers according to regulations. The primary insignia is a number of bars or stars on the collar, while the secondary insignia includes Austrian knots on the lower sleeves and gold striping on the pant leg. This 1/30 scale figure has a matte finish and comes in a 1 piece set, making it a must-have for any Civil War enthusiast.
