This is Don Troiani print Oneida Warrior, 1777.
A Note From Don Troiani: "This is an Oneida Indian who is allied with the patriots during the Saratoga campaign. Records show General Gates had them issued red woolen caps (to differentiate them from British allied Native Americans) . Some (including Stockbridge Tribe) were also issued new muskets (almost certainly French), shot bags, powder horns and a few with cartridgeboxes."
