Collection: W. Britain Wrath of the Northmen

Vikings and Saxons of the ninth century to the eleventh, sculpted and hand-painted by W. Britain in 1/30 scale with a matte finish. The range is built to form up: shield wall defenders, axemen coming down two-handed, spearmen throwing and thrusting, three archers numbered as a sequence — arrow nocked, drawn, loosed — and two multi-figure sets showing a fight already decided.

Each figure is a single piece, ready to display or drop straight into a diorama, and at 1/30 they stand comfortably beside King & Country's medieval ranges. Every product page here goes past the box: what a shield was actually made of, why an axe head is that shape, what a mail shirt cost a man, and how much of what everyone knows about Vikings turns out to be true.
